Sun City Festival is a 3,100
acre master planned community
Pulte Homes is continuing the
Del Webb tradition of offering
an incredible range of
amenities, with a strong
emphasis on health, wellness and
personal enrichment.
Some of the amenities Sun City
Festival has to offer include a
state-of-the-art fitness center
and aerobics facility, tennis
courts, horseshoe pits,
combination lap and resort style
pool and spa, wellness center,
two 18-hole championship golf
courses managed by Troon Golf,
massage rooms, cultural hall,
exhibition kitchen, computer
lab, arts & crafts, outdoor
amphitheater, bocce ball courts,
pickleball courts, basketball
court and two restaurants.
Copper
Canyon Golf Club opened January 20th, 2007. The
18-hole golf course is the
centerpiece of the Sun City
Festival community. Golfers can
choose between four sets of tees
with overall distances ranging
from 5,200 to 6,800 yards. The
Copper
Canyon practice facilities are
exceptional. Featuring more than
100 yards in tee length, a
chipping green flanked with dual
sand bunkers and an expansive,
undulating putting green, the
opportunities to hone your
skills are endless.
Copper
Canyon Golf Club is open to the
public and offers very
competitive pricing. A preferred
rate structure is available to
Sun City Festival residents.

We are starting to see more and
more resale homes come on the
market in Sun City Festival
and there have been some
outstanding deals. You will
even begin to see
some foreclosures pop up on
occasion. That is an
unfortunate sign of the times
but an excellent opportunity for
buyers.
Pulte homes also has inventory
(spec) homes available at any
given time with huge incentives
to buy from them. In many cases
you can be in a brand new home
for less than what resale
homeowners are able to list
their homes for (unless they are
prepared to take a loss), and
moving in a matter of weeks.
If you would like help
determining whether resale or
new construction is best for
you, just call or e-mail me.
I will help you find the home
you want, then work with you
through the building process (if
you buy new) right up until
you collect your keys. I’ve
worked extensively in the new
home market and will help you
keep an eye on the construction
progress. If you live out of
state, I can email pictures or a
virtual tour of different stages
during construction so you will
never feel you are in the dark
about what is going on.
The key is to contact me before
you contact the builder. Once
you have registered directly
with the builder I am unable to
assist you in the process of
buying a new construction home.
I can, however, still show you
the resale opportunities and
these can sometimes be a better
deal than what the builder has
to offer.
